My own journey as a mother truly taught me to nourish my body and finding balance with nutrition and my personal wellbeing.
My Wellness Story
For a long time I felt very unwell and every day was a struggle filled with chronic pain, migraines, sleepless nights, gut issues and a stubborn eating disorder lurking in the back of my head.
Thankfully, my lack of wellness lead me to become a yoga teacher and finding a path towards healing and nourishing my body with the right diet. Finding balance and healing my body with nutrition only made me realise where my passion always were, working as a nutritionist and helping others.
Having battled with eating disorders and chronic conditions at a young age, I have experienced how overwhelming life can be at times. Juggling a busy lifestyle while staying healthy and finding a diet that truly works for YOUR body can be a tough journey. Believe me, I know all about it!
When I fell pregnant, I knew that nourishing my body and energy levels was more important than ever. Pregnancy and motherhood can be so amazingly rewarding, but it also demands more of us emotionally and physically.
