I am all about making healthy eating easy for families so when I have an easy and nourishing recipe on my hands I want to share it with you guys.

This 4 ingredient brownie is not only gluten free and well-suited for those avoiding wheat and gluten, but it is also rich in fibre which will keep blood sugar levels balanced and therefor avoid any sudden mood swings or hyperactivity that comes with eating too much sugar.

Easy and delicious recipe that everyone will love

 6 Eggs
 1 ¼ cups Almond meal
 1 cup Medjool dates
  cup Raw cacao
 2 tbsp Extra virgin coconut oil
 1 cup water (can be swapped for coconut milk)

1. Preheat the oven on 170C

2. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

3. Pour into a baking tin size 20 x 20 or similar.

4. Bake in the oven for about 30 mins.

5. Let the cake cool down until you start cutting it.

Enjoy your nourishing brownie!
