ma réponse I used pumpkin, spinach and feta, but sweet potato, carrot, zucchini or any other cheese will work as well if you want to mix it up.

I love savoury muffins! A great way to get fussy eaters to eat their vegetables

 1 cup buckwheat flour
 ¾ cup almond flour
 3 eggs
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp sea salt
 ¼ cup coconut oil
 ½ cup milk of choice
 1 cup chopped spinach
 15 cups mashed pumpkin
 100 g feta

Ingredients

 1 cup buckwheat flour
 ¾ cup almond flour
 3 eggs
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp sea salt
 ¼ cup coconut oil
 ½ cup milk of choice
 1 cup chopped spinach
 15 cups mashed pumpkin
 100 g feta

Directions

Method
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, milk, coconut oil, pumpkin and chia seeds.
  3. Pour the dry mixture into the wet and blend until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Add the spinach and feta.
  5. Pour into a muffin tray.
  6. Bake in the oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.
