Made with grass fed gelatine they have a very high nutritional profile with lots of amino acids (the building blocks of protein). Gummies are a great way to improve digestion, gut health and to support immunity.

I can also add that gelatine is a form of collagen which is one of our top beauty foods that may improve skin elasticity and support healthy skin, hair and nails. Yes please!

They make a great healthy treat for when you want something sweet to nibble on but that will stabilise your blood sugar and reduce cravings.

Believe it or not, they really are super easy to make! 100% fuss free and you can play around with your favourite flavours. My personal favourite is chocolate but my toddler loves blueberry and coconut!

A great healthy treat that will nourish your gut and skin health!

 ½ cup Strawberries - frozen works fine too
 1 cup Coconut milk
  cup Rice Malt Syrup or honey - you can adjust sweeteners to how you like it
 3 tbsp Grass Fed Gelatine powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

1. Mix the gelatine with 1/2 cup of water and let sit until it firms into a thick paste.

2. Add strawberries, coconut milk, rice malt syrup and vanilla essence in a blender and mix until well combined.

3. In a small sauce pan, heat up the strawberry liquid. Add the gelatine into the sauce pan and stir for a minute or two until it dissolves well.

Fold into ice moulds of your choice and let it set in the fridge or freezer depending on how quick you want to eat it.

When the mixture is firm, remover from the fridge and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
