 ½ cup Almond meal
 ¼ cup Shredded coconut
 ½ cup Mix of chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pepitas
 4 tbsp Coconut oil
 4 Medjool dates
 ¼ cup Tahini
 2 tsp Matcha green tea powder

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until well combined.

2. Roll the mixture into small balls and finish off with a thin layer of shredded coconut.

3. Put in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes. Store in the fridge or put in the freezer to last longer.
